Why the Resource Center?
A significant part of why we exist as an organization is to educate the youth on the importance of self-sustainability and help facilitate the change-making process for both the youth and Liberia to sustain themselves. Our Resource Center will be a facility that grooms the youth to become self-sufficient individuals by providing world-class information/resources and training on entrepreneurship, computer literacy, social advocacy, etc., to youth all across Liberia. With access to books, the internet, modern technologies, and resources, the youth will have a foundation that will inspire real innovation to solve real-world problems they encounter daily.
Our Resource Center will put information/resources at the youth's fingertips, serve as a medium for awareness on prevalent social issues such as rape and teenage pregnancy, provide entrepreneurial and computer literacy training, career mentorship, etc., social and economic wellbeing of the nation. Our Resource Center's vision is to see a Liberia where the youth are fully equipped and empowered to take on today's technological challenges while fully confident in themselves and what they can achieve.

Why the paradigm-shifting workshop?
Through our first-ever paradigm-shifting workshop, Project Change 2019, we encountered youth who longed for change but did not know how to initiate their desired change. Their hearts were filled with a passion for helping steer Liberia in the direction of productivity. However, they lacked the resources and skillset necessary to initiate real impact within their communities.
Our workshops educate the youth on the significance of self-sustainability and create a platform intended to facilitate the process. The workshops cover paradigm-shifting topics such as taking responsibility for oneself, personal/career development, youth empowerment, taking advantage of volunteer opportunities, financial management, and much more. We also invite several guest speakers to share their experiences and expertise on each specified subject matter.
We hope that the youth will walk away from our workshops, understanding their responsibility in society and their collective role in rebuilding a productive Liberia that sustains its people. The workshops are held biannually in the first quarter of the said year. Unlike Project Change 2019, our 2021 workshop will empower students from 8 high schools throughout Liberia. The workshop will directly impact 32 young leaders and benefit thousands more by utilizing media coverage.

Why the Changemakers Conference?
The Conference allows young leaders to build on their leadership skills and provide them with the tools in areas that their organizations lack. The Conferences are also held bi-annually in the first quarter of the said year. Unlike our paradigm-shifting workshops, our Changemakers Conferences empower more youth leaders from uprising non-profit youth organizations throughout Liberia. The Conferences directly impact over 60 young leaders and benefit thousands more utilizing media coverage.

Why the Changemakers' Olympic Games?
For the first time in Liberia's history, high schools will compete for gold, silver, and bronze medals in six Liberian household games: Touch, Lappa, Parkerpaint, Jumping rope, Hopscotch, and Dog tie. An objective of the Olympics is to promote Liberian identity through sports. We hope that the youth can learn to promote things that are unique to us as people. We want them to regain the pride that came with being born a Liberian, this time through sports! The first-ever tournament was scheduled to take off on March 16th, 2020, but the competition was postponed until further notice due to the pandemic.
Objectives of the Olympic Games:
1. To create an atmosphere of competitiveness that will encourage students across Montserrado to strive for excellence and good moral behavior while remaining good sportsmen.
2. To promote the Liberian identity through sports.
3. To elevate Liberian household games on the same stage as other major sports like football or basketball.
How will the funds be used:
1. To provide refreshments throughout the tournament
2. Transport the players to and from the stadium
3. To provide a stipend for referees, players, coaches, and other partners
4. Miscellaneous expenses throughout the tournament
5. To pay for live media (TV and radio) coverage
6. To buy equipment and supplies for the players and tournament
