Mr. Prince L. Jarbo

Mr. Prince L. Jarbo is a seven-year United States Air Force veteran who served as a Financial Analyst from 2017 to 2024. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of Arizona Global Campus. He is pursuing his master's in Public Policy at the University of California, Los Angeles, and will graduate in June of 2026.
Mr. Jarbo is also the founder of the Jarbo Foundation (JARF, Inc.), which he runs alongside his wife, Mrs. Gracious G.M. Jarbo. JARF, Inc. is a nonprofit aiming to establish initiatives that stimulate productivity through collectivism across all sectors of the Liberian economy, restoring the pride that comes with being born a Liberian. He is also the host of the 1847 Show, which promotes the works of Liberians around the globe by providing a platform for them to share their endeavors and inspire others.

Mrs. Shivani Tripathi
Administrative Coordinator
Mrs. Tripathi is an accomplished visionary leader in the school sector with a career spanning over two decades. Eight years into operational, planning, and administration. She currently works as the Principal at Ivy World School, Jalandhar in India. A part of her job involves conducting various workshops for teachers and students for their holistic development. Her background spans two decades of excellent experience overseeing areas such as day-to-day operations, curriculum development, partnership building, and standard-setting for both students and staff to realize improved academic performance while providing comprehensive support to the school management.
Why Project Change?
To make a positive and significant contribution to the growth and development of the Liberian youth. To be able to empower and add value to the people from disadvantaged economic backgrounds as the issues faced by the Liberians are but many. It is a humbling and affirming experience which in turn broadens the perspective of an individual by being able to be a tiny part of a huge change that is
sure to come.

Mr. Doug Tuney
Training Coordinator

Mr. Tuney has been serving full-time in one of the world’s largest youth organizations since 2002. From 2006 to 2017, he served as Director of the Pittsburgh, USA location, providing leadership and guidance to a diverse community. His work has taken him to more than 45 countries, broadening his global perspective and cross-cultural experience.
Since 2018, he has been based in Central Asia, where he serves as the Director of the Living Water Center, focusing on community development and outreach. In addition, he is the Chairman of the English Department at the Kyrgyz University of Language and Culture, where he is committed to academic excellence and the advancement of language education.
Why Project Change?
He first traveled to Liberia in 2002. He is thankful to serve on the Board of Directors for Project Change because he believes that it is an excellent instrument to create lasting empowerment of the Liberian people.
Mrs. Gracious Jarbo

Mrs. Gracious Jarbo's changemaking journey began during the organization's formative years. She served as a volunteer of the Finance Department for a few months. She was later appointed as the Finance Officer for Project Change - Liberia and continued to serve while earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stella Maris Polytechnic University. Her time with the organization influenced her commitment to serving others and Liberia
Mrs. Jarbo currently leads the Jarbo Foundation, where she continues to invest in youth development across Liberia by designing programs that address unmet youth needs. She believes that real, lasting change happens when individuals are equipped to stand on their own. Her conviction drives her passion to give back by helping to create opportunities for the next generation of Changemakers.
Why Project Change?
I want to be part of Project Change to continue empowering the youth to create a meaningful future for themselves and Liberia. The organization gave me the skills, confidence, and purpose that shaped my changemaking journey, and I am committed to ensuring such opportunities exist for the next generation of purpose-driven leaders.
Ms. Dalmondeh D. Nayreau
Secretary
Ms. Nayreau is an alumna of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina (USA), where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She currently works as a Research Associate with the Institute for the Advancement of Community Health (IACH) at Furman, and plans to pursue her Master's in Public Health (MPH) soon. Ms. Nayreau is passionate about improving health outcomes for all, especially women and girls in Liberia, and seeks opportunities to give back to her homeland.
Why Project Change?
I choose to serve with Project Change because I am passionate about our mission of positively impacting Liberian youths. I believe that through this crucial undertaking, we can develop young people to become the generation of future leaders who will strive for a self-sustainable and better Mama Liberia! I love that PC provides the right tools, support systems, and opportunities that allow young people to advance their skills and interests, while also fostering personal growth.
