THE CHANGEMAKERS' WORKSHOP

WHAT'S THE
WORKSHOP
ABOUT?

Through our first-ever paradigm-shifting workshop, Project Change 2019, we encountered youth who longed for change but did not know how to initiate the change they desired. Their hearts were filled with a passion to help steer Liberia toward productivity. However, they lacked the skillset and resources to initiate real impact within their communities.

As a result, since 2019, our workshops have educated hundreds of youth on the significance of self-sustainability and created a platform that facilitates the changemaking process. We have partnered with several local and international organizations, including Planet Inaba, based in the Netherlands, to provide training on entrepreneurship, money management, soft business skills, youth empowerment/advocacy, career guidance, and much more.

Every year, we aim to increase the number of beneficiaries of our workshop to empower students from several high schools throughout Liberia. To be accepted, participants must meet the below minimum criteria:

1. Be a student of one of the participating schools, which is decided based on our annual target, as determined by economic factors, etc.

2. Be a senior high student, preferably in 11th or 12th grade, but we sometimes accept applications from those in the 10th grade.

3. Meet the minimum required score (intentionally undisclosed) in the "Mindset Assessment" and

4. Provide topnotch responses to the application's questions in comparison to other applicants.

HOW CAN
I BE
A PART?

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

We hope the youth will walk away from our workshops and understand why self-sufficiency is essential and their collective role in rebuilding a productive Liberia that sustains its people. In addition, each participating school will have the opportunity to:
